When you use our contact, quotation, consultation booking or assistant features, we may collect your name, company, e-mail, phone number, industry, request details and any attachments you provide.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiries and requests.
To schedule and confirm consultations.
To prepare and discuss technical proposals.
To improve our services and website.

Automated assistant

Assistant conversations are retained for a limited period for quality and follow-up, then deleted automatically. When enabled, messages may be processed by an approved AI service provider.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the website, or where legally required.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by contacting us.
